Homecare Worker Application

Homecare workers help older adults and people with disabilities who receive Medicaid or Oregon Project Independence in-home services through Aging and People with Disabilities. To qualify to be a homecare worker, an individual must be 18 years old or older; pass a background check; and legally be able to work in the United States. The enrollment process begins by visiting a local Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) office to complete the required paperwork, submit a background check, and attend a mandatory orientation.
